I'm not really into sports - except baseball. Pretty much. But the Olympics and all it's surrounding drama, has got me reading sports blogs. The Fourth-Place Medal Investigative Unit has kept my rapt attention answering such questions as: Where has Michael Phelps' father been? What's the REAL Olympic medal count? What's with the honey and the gymnasts? What's the black stuff on Kerri Walsh's shoulder? And... What's the deal with the showering divers? These are the kinds of questions that can keep you up at night! (And they're really pretty funny too). So you've got a question? "When help is requested, we fly to the rescue like Batman. Send us a bat signal by leaving your unsolved Olympic mysteries in the comment section." Truly. It's been the most honest thing about these games.
The driving compulsion to write; the overwhelming urge to write. Hypergraphia may compel someone to keep a voluminous journal, to jot off frequent letters to the editor, to write on toilet paper if nothing else is available, and perhaps even to compile a dictionary. Hypergraphia is the opposite of writer's block.
