The driving compulsion to write; the overwhelming urge to write. Hypergraphia may compel someone to keep a voluminous journal, to jot off frequent letters to the editor, to write on toilet paper if nothing else is available, and perhaps even to compile a dictionary. Hypergraphia is the opposite of writer's block.
I haven't seen it but many people seem to like it. I have read the book, however (many times, but not recently). I am sure it is not the text but the story in the pictures that makes the movie.
I don't understand how they can possibly make an hour and a half long movie from a book that only has 8 sentences.

i'm glad someone else is thinking exactly what i was thinking. however, i'm still looking forward to it.
