It seems like Christmas is coming earlier and earlier. Last night the lighting war began and some guy in the next neighborhood has his lights up and on! Jim (across the street) and Bob have always had a friendly rivalry over who gets the job done first, but c'mon! It's not even Thanksgiving yet!
The driving compulsion to write; the overwhelming urge to write. Hypergraphia may compel someone to keep a voluminous journal, to jot off frequent letters to the editor, to write on toilet paper if nothing else is available, and perhaps even to compile a dictionary. Hypergraphia is the opposite of writer's block.

What the Cluck?
It seems like Christmas is coming earlier and earlier. Last night the lighting war began and some guy in the next neighborhood has his lights up and on! Jim (across the street) and Bob have always had a friendly rivalry over who gets the job done first, but c'mon! It's not even Thanksgiving yet!

You should see the houses on OUR street. One of them looks just like a gingerbread cottage, it is so decorated. The lampost in front of their house is wrapped with lights and there is a wreath on top! It is really pretty and fun to see but we are sort of nervous that the neighbors will think we are the Kranks! We'll put up lights but we're not going to compete for the Street Decorating Contest. It will be fun to see what it is all like. I have forgotten what this part of Christmas is like in the states.
