The driving compulsion to write; the overwhelming urge to write. Hypergraphia may compel someone to keep a voluminous journal, to jot off frequent letters to the editor, to write on toilet paper if nothing else is available, and perhaps even to compile a dictionary. Hypergraphia is the opposite of writer's block.
Fondant is really interesting stuff. I didn't know it even existed until a few years ago when a friend of mine started doing really elaborate cakes on Kwaj. She had quite a little business going. I took a bite of it and it was not at all what I was expecting. So I get what you are saying. But it defense of fondant, you can make some really cool stuff out of it.
